TUESDAY, APRIL 20, 2010 DINNER NOW SOLD OUT!
An exquisite culinary event presented by
students, faculty and distinguished chefs
BUILDING FOR THE FUTURE
Since 1998, the Traditions in Excellence Dinner has played a dynamic role in funding the growth of the College of DuPage Hospitality Administration Program. Proceeds from this event have helped to purchase kitchen and baking equipment, furnish the Escoffier Dining Room, and finance construction of a state-of-the-art multimedia Culinary Theater.
A new Culinary Arts and Hospitality Center will break ground in April 2010 on the Glen Ellyn campus. It will feature a boutique hotel, culinary and baking kitchens, and casual and fine dining restaurants. The new facilities will showcase our Hospitality Administration program like never before, serving as a “living laboratory” for students.
